They communicate the demands of the employees to the top management and also act as a representative of employees and protect the rights of the employees.

This makes the work interesting for the employee doing it, as he/she starts enjoying his work. HR managers also assure that the employees are comfortable and satisfied their job in terms of both the work and the salary paid to them. They try to make employees feel less burdened and exhausted because of their work pressure. The human resource development of employees is taken care of by making pointing out errors to employees and guiding them how they can improve their performance. Time management is also taught to employees by HR consultants or managers. So, considering the benefits and responsibilities of the management that are shared by human resource department, we can say that it is an integral part of an organization.
