It plays a very active role in an organization and provides great support to the business enterprise in achieving the zenith of success. They discuss the strategies and future plans with top executives and try to apply the strategies in the entire organization. HR managers nowadays not only suggest their recommendation, but also initiate changes in policies. They share responsibilities which are almost equal to the top management and try to implement the course of action decided to achieve the goal that has been decided by them.

A good human resource team is very essential to ensure the economic success of an organization. It boosts the morale of the employees and helps them improve their efficiency by pointing out their errors and telling them how they can make corrections.

They also help in reducing the job turnovers. The basic purpose of a human resource department is thus, to utilize and direct the abilities of the employees to get the best possible efforts from them along with providing them job satisfaction and maintaining a healthy working environment. It brings the employees together and makes them work as a unified unit. HR managers understand the psyche of individual employees and further motivate them accordingly to work efficiently. Thus, human resource personnel play a key role in an organization and help it in realizing its goals.
